Chef Fabian Arana has cooked all over the globe. He and his young family moved to Index from Seattle in the summer of 2023. Even we feel like we are on vacation when we eat outside on the veranda seated on cushions on wicker couches looking up at the mountains. The food is wonderful, too! Reservations recommended on weekends.
